Costs for off campus accommodation will vary with size, location and age of the building and the facilities provided. When budgeting for living off campus, you will need to consider saving for a rental bond, and connection of facilities such as telephone and electricity.

Setting-up Costs
The following table provides approximate basic off campus accommodation setting-up costs.

| Electricity Connection | $40.00 connection fee, and you may be require to pay a refundable deposit/bond of $180-200 |
