Access Conditions:

  1. All records listed under the Divorce and Matrimonial Causes Jurisdiction are RESTRICTED.
  2. All records listed under Lunacy / Protective Jurisdiction are RESTRICTED. Requests for access should be directed to the Protective Commissioner.
  3. The Probate packets listed under Registrar of Probates are RESTRICTED. Requests for access should be directed to the Probate Division of the Supreme Court.
  4. All other records are RESTRICTED for 30 years.
