Research Infrastructure Block Grants
Aim
The purpose of the RIBG scheme is to enhance the development and maintenance of research infrastructure in higher education institutions for the support of high quality activity in areas of research concentration. The objectives are to meet project-related infrastructure costs associated with Australian Competitive Grants; remedy deficiencies in current research infrastructure enhance support for areas of research strength; ensure areas of recognised research potential have access to support necessary for development. Funding is linked to success rates in Australian Competitive Grants.
