Graham Centre sponsors World Congress on fats and oils
Graham Centre researcher Dr Rod Mailer is Chair of the 2009 World Congress on Oils and Fats and the 28th International Society for Fat Research (ISF) Congress. The Congresses are to be held in Sydney and are sponsored by the Graham Centre.
