Governance and Management
Board of Management
The Board of Management comprises two executive representatives from each organisation.
From CSU: the Vice-Chancellor and President, and Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President (Research).
From I&I DPI: the Director-General, and Executive Director (Science & Research). The Board formulates policy and oversees governance and performance.
Industry Advisory Committee
Comprising independent industry representatives, the IAC provides advice on the research priorities and
stakeholder engagement of the Centre and promotes the research outcomes.
Director
The Centre Director holds the title of Professor of Agricultural Innovation. This position is jointly funded by I&I NSW and CSU.
Research Management Committee
Consisting of the Director and staff representatives, the RMC is responsible for achieving the research priorities, resource allocation, developing strategic research direction, encouraging active participation of staff and stakeholders and promoting research outcomes.
