Internet Special Projects Group The Internet Special Projects Group (ISPG) was formally established in March 1994 by Dr Philip Tsang, Sandy Tse, (Phil and Sandy are now at Open University of Hong Kong), Geoff Fellows and Ken Eustace. Internet programming, services and R&D projects are initiated by the group. Our expanding membership is a loose association of academics and students who come together to do special projects on the Internet. This Web site links to our services and documents most of our endevours as we begin our seventh year.
