Research Interests
- Analysing and identifying the volatile/aroma found in the Semillon wines headspace from Hunter Valley in order to characterise the odorants that consumers can smell in a glass of Semillon.
- Investigate the volatile aroma profile of Semillon wine, the samples were analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-olfactometry detection (GC-MS-O) to determine the relative odour potency of the extracted volatiles.
