Research Publications Data Collection

Submission of 2008 publications is NOW OPEN

The Centre for Research & Graduate Training (CRGT) requires certain information in relation to the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) Research Publications Collection. From 2007 additional information will be collected as part of the publications collection. This information will be included on the CSU Research Output (CRO) Repository and ensures that CSU research can be located using search engines such as Google Scholar. (Please read the CSU Institutional Repository policy passed by Academic Senate, 3 October 2007 which outlines the version of documents to be submitted and other responsibilities and requirements. )

Ensure that you pre-publication versions of articles for the 2008 publications collection.

The Research Publications Data Collection is used to collect publications in four categories. Submission to the collection is done using electronic forms at CRO, Charles Sturt University's new institutional repository.

The four categories are:

Instructions on how to complete the electronic forms are available on CRO.

Publications with multiple authors only have to be entered into the CRO ONCE. Please consult with all (CSU) authors to determine who is going to enter the publication into the database.

DEEWR, in conjunction with the AVCC, will be conducting an audit of items submitted for inclusion in the collection.

You may be contacted for further verification materials once your submission is entered. Failure to submit this evidence may result in exclusion from the submission.
