Global Alliances
PEWWS has established global alliances with:
- The Practice-based Professional Learning Centre (PBPL) at the Open University, UK. PBPL is one of the four Centres for Excellence in Teaching and Learning at OU.
- School of Health Science, University of Swansea
The School's mission is to become a centre of excellence, conducting high quality research, promoting clinical practice and delivering high quality programmes that contribute to the health and prosperity of Mid and West Wales.
Book Series
PEWWS members are participating in producing a book series with Senses Publishers, The Netherlands. The first five books in production in this series are:
- Writing qualitative research on practice
- Researching practice: A discourse on methodologies
- Education for future practice
- Re-searching the Invisibles and Silences of Health Care Practices.
- Working in teams in contemporary health workplaces
Completed Activities
PEWWS commenced in 2008.
