Research Computer System
SPAN's Research Computer System (RCS) is available for research applications requiring a high-end server computer for processing of data. Our current system configurations is:
- Four x Eight Core processors
- 512 GB of RAM
- RAID storage array capacity of 35 TB
- Nightly tape backup
Access to SPAN's Research Computer System is available to CSU academics and research students.

Software installed on SPAN's RCS enables different analysis and modelling capabilities for a variety of research disciplines:
