Fields of Research for HDR programs

The following fields of research codes have been agreed as areas with appropriate research depth and expertise to consider admission of higher degree by research candidates.

The following codes are the standard FoR classification codes used by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) and the Australian Research Council (ARC) to classify research activity in Australia.
