Banksia Program Objectives
- Develop research capacity of CSU women academic staff through:
- Supporting PhD completions;
- Developing confidence and skills in grant writing and publishing; and
- Conducting a bi-annual forum with external facilitators in which program members present research goals and works in progress.
- Enhance the research productivity of CSU women academic staff through:
- Developing a mentoring program in which program members are linked with experienced researchers to conduct research (or have their research supervised) and conjointly publish; and
- Establishing an extensive CSU wide women’s research network that has collaborative links with other women’s research programs.
