How to apply
Applications will ONLY be accepted between the first day and last day of teaching in your first session. Applications will not be accepted once examinations begin.
- Ensure you meet the eligibility requirements
- Ensure your computer meets the minimum specifications
- Complete the Laptop Grant Claim Form 302KB [.PDF] electronically, then print and sign it.
- Take your computer, original tax invoice and completed form to a cashier’s office at Thurgoona, Wagga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Goulburn or Orange.
- The cashier will verify you computer matches the original tax invoice then stamp your tax invoice and validate your application form.
- We will advise you via email a week before processing the grant
NOTE:
The University will limit the number of grants based on available funds. Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee that you will receive a grant.
If there are more applications than funds available, grants will be offered on a ‘first come, first served basis’ with priority to disadvantaged students.
