Christian leaders of some Churches in Canberra gathered over breakfast at the Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture for an interfaith discussion with H.E. Dr Mohammad Khatami, former President of Iran, and his delegation upon their visit to Canberra. The breakfast was chaired by Archbishop Mark Coleridge of the ACC&C Board.
Commonwealth Day Multi-faith Celebration March 2009
Rev. Professor Haire gathers with the religious leaders of Canberra in attendance at this year's Commonwealth Day Multi-faith Celebration. The theme was "The Commonwealth @ 60 - serving a new generation." There was a wonderful turnout, and visitors enjoyed the orations on this topic interspersed with cultural performances from differerent areas of the Commonwealth.
