The Internet was once the domain of large institutions, but this has changed dramatically in the last two years with smaller organisations, and even individual users now connecting to the Internet. The postal and telecommunications industry around the world, is facing the challenge of another tide of demand in the Asia-Pacific region as the economic centre of the 21st century. This region will play a major part in developing the world communications infrastructure and the Internet may play a role in this development. We would appreciate your views with regard to future communications needs in the Asia Pacific Region. The results will be reported in an aggregate form only.
