DONOR RECOGNITION

New Donors

Donor Recognition Not long after its beginning in 1982, the Charles Sturt Foundation received its first donation of $10 from a local Bathurst businessman. Every gift, small or large, has an impact on Charles Sturt University and the Foundation.

Today, thousands of contributions later, the Foundation's support for the University continues. The University is fortunate to have so many generous supporters who help shape and enhance the University.

The Foundation is pleased and honoured to recognise our supporters in a variety of ways. One way we do this each year is at our Scholarship Presentation Ceremony. This is a day set aside to recognise both our talented students and our generous supporters. This day is a special occasion in which sponsors meet scholars and their families and also presents an opportunity for photographs and media coverage.

Other ways we recognise our valued supporters are:

• Named facilities
• Named scholarships
• Honour Boards
• Named chairs
• Named academic positions
• Named residential positions
• Plaques
. Publicity
• Invitations to functions
