Exchange

CSU is pleased to announce three new exchange partners - Manipal University, India; Stockhlom University, Sweden and HELP University, Malaysia. 

Manipal University:

Manipal University is located on the west coast in Southern India. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in several areas including medical, dental, engineering, architecture, nursing, allied health, pharmacy, management, communication, information science, hotel management, biotechnology and regenerative medicine.

Facilities at Manipal are world class.  Air-conditioned lecture halls, state-of-the-art health sciences library & skills lab, a Simulation Lab with computer driven mannequins, air-conditioned hostels, and  multi-cuisine food courts serve the student population.  The Skills Lab and Anatomy Museum are considered amongst the best in the world.

Recreational facilities on the campus include gym, swimming pools, and football and cricket grounds.  The new indoor sports complex is perhaps one of its kind in Asia. The complex has five badminton courts, four squash courts, three tennis courts, a basketball court, gymnasiums and a walking track.  

Manipal University has won the prestigious IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award and International Asia Pacific Quality Award during 2007- 2008.

Stockholm University:

CSU's Faculty of Education students can now spend one or two sessions studying at Stockholm University in Sweden. 

Stockholm University has a student population of over 64,000, with more than 2500 of them studying through the Department of Education.

HELP University

HELP University College is a premier institution of higher learning in Malaysia with over 9,000 students and 450 staff. Its exchange agreement with CSU allows students from the Faculty of Business to study programs such as economics, business, entrepreneurship, management, finance, law and information technology.

HELP is internationally recognised for its standards od excellence; evident from its partnerships with renowned universities in the world such as the London School of Economics, University of Birmingham, Cardiff University in the UK; US and French universities such as Pepperdine University, American University (Washington DC) and University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis. HELP is also proud to be the first private institution to be recognised worldwide by the London School of Economics (LSE) to conduct the University of London Diploma in Economics.

Volunteering

Vets Beyond Borders (VBB) is an Australian-based, not-for-profit, incorporated organisation established by veterinary volunteers in 2003. It co-ordinates and runs veterinary based animal welfare and public health programs in developing communities of the Asia and Pacific region.

Working as a volunteer for VBB is a great opportunity to use your skills in a way that truly benefits animals and communities. Whether you are a veterinary professional looking to work in a VBB project overseas or someone with other skills that will help build VBB as an organisation, we need your help.

Don't forget, if you can incorporate your volunteering into your study program and receive credit for it CSU Global may be able to offer you a $500 travel grant.
