Costs

Fees are the same for children in both rooms.

$53.00 per day or $245 per week.

The centre provides nappies, sunscreen and all linen required. Families are required to provide lunch (see enrolment information for details).

The University's Finance Department is responsible for our banking, so fees may be paid by cash, cheque or credit card, (EFTPOS currently unavailable) or University staff can arrange to have the fees deducted from their pay. Staff at the Centre are unable to give change for cash payments. Payment envelopes are available at the centre. Remember to write your name, your child's name and the date on the envelope. Please post the fees into the Fee Payment Box.

Fees should be paid in advance and on a regular basis. Receipts are issued and placed in the pigeon holes for collection. If at any time parents are experiencing financial difficulties, please contact our Administration Officer to make arrangements to set up a payment plan. All fees are to be paid by the last day of child care each calendar year.

Each day booked must be paid for regardless of whether your child attended or not, this includes Public Holidays. Fees are not charged over the Christmas Holidays while the centre is closed.

Please remember that the Centre closes at 5.30 pm. If you are unavoidably delayed, please notify the staff by phone. A Late fee of $5 per five minutes will be charged. Regulations state that 2 staff members must be in the Centre whenever any child is in attendance.

Two weeks notice of withdrawal is required by the Centre when you choose to leave. All fees must be finalised prior to departure.
