Dick Marris 
Chair, Pharmacy Foundation Management Committee
Richard (Dick) Marris has been involved in the Pharmaceutical Industry for more than 30 years. During that time and before joining the industry, while here and overseas, he has endeavoured to ensure small business ventures were successful in all areas of operation. For many years he was a senior employee of F H Faulding and through that association became involved with CSU and the creation of the Pharmacy School. Dick currently holds Directorships and was for many years a director of the Australian Institute Pharmacy Management Ltd and chairman of its Finance and Audit Committee. He currently holds a position on the Charles Sturt Foundation Investment Committee. Dick is past President of a Rotary Club and takes a keen interest in the general community, while continuing to be a strong supporter of pharmacy and its delivery of best health outcomes.
Meagan Doyle - Vice-Chair
Meagan Doyle is a graduate of the Bachelor of Pharmacy course at the Wagga campus. While studying, Meagan was on the executive of the CSU Pharmacy Students Association, 'Pharmers', and was heavily involved in co-ordinating activities of the student club. Meagan originates from country Victoria and followed her dream to return to the rural pharmacy setting upon completion of her degree and is currently a partner in Parkes Pharmacy.
Peter Gissing
Peter has been an active proprietor of two large Community Pharmacies in Wagga Wagga and works as a locum Pharmacist and Industry Consultant. He has held executive positions with Amcal and the Pharmacy Guild of Australia and has experience in Health Service administration both as a service provider and Board Member.
He is a Councillor of the Pharmaceutical Society of NSW, Vice-Chairman of the Charles Sturt Foundation and a Director of the Australian College of Pharmacy Practice Limited.
He is past Chairman of the Charles Sturt Pharmacy Foundation and a Life Member of the Sydney University Pharmacy Practice Foundation. He is also a Fellow of the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia , a Fellow of the Australian Co llege of Pharmacy Practice and Management, an accredited Co nsultant Pharmacist and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Co mpany Directors.
Associate Professor Lyndall Angel
Associate Professor Lyndall Angel was educated in Sydney. Lyndall returned to Wagga to take up a Medical Technology traineeship with Wagga Wagga Base Hospital studying in Sydney and working at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital, Pathology on a sandwich basis. Lyndall obtained her diploma in 1975, and then studied part-time to obtain a Applied Science Degree in 1980 through RMIHE whilst continuing work in pathology at WWBH. Lyndall later worked for 3 years in the Research Laboratory at RMIHE doing Porphyria and Lactoperoxidase studies. In 1986 Lyndall began tutoring in Chemistry and Maths, basically involved with remediation; this lead to the appointment as senior lecturer in Medical Science in July 1999, continuing her lengthy involvement with Charles Sturt University. Lyndall completed a Masters Degree in MLS with research in the Molecular Biology field, looking at mutations in the genetic disease Cystic Fibrosis. Lyndall also has an interest in ethical issues relating to science in general and genetics in particular. Having been made Associate Head of School in 2001, Lyndall is currently Head, School of Biomedical Sciences.

rofessor Patrick Ball
Patrick Ball is a pharmacist originally from the UK. In 1975 he began a career in hospital pharmacy specialising in paediatrics. In 1994 he moved to academia in New Zealand, keeping one foot firmly in clinical practice. In February 2005 he moved to Wagga Wagga to take up the challenge of Australia's Foundation Chair of Rural Pharmacy.
Michael Flannery
Together with his business partners, Michael Flannery created the CountryPharm Group which is a grouping of pharmacies operating in the Central West of NSW. Mr Flannery has also founded a business, Instigo, which supports retail and professional development in pharmacy.
Paul Mahoney
Chairman of the NSW Pharmaceutical Defence Limited (PDL) Committee and NSW Director to the PDL National Board Mr Paul Mahoney joined the Charles Sturt Pharmacy Foundation Committee in 2008 and brings over 40 years of experience in hospital and community pharmacy.
Tony Lawler
Former Federal MP Tony Lawler brings a special interest in developing health programs for the long term survival of pharmacy to the committee. Mr Lawler is currently involved in four pharmacies in NSW and has a long family history in pharmacy and the Dubbo region.
Malcolm Rosborough
A local Orange Pharmacist, Malcolm Rosborough became a Governor of the Charles Sturt Pharmacy Foundation in 2006. Mr Rosborough's passion for the industry is continually demonstrated through his involvement with the CSU Orange Campus and the Pharmacy program.
The Hon Doctor John C.J. Matthews, FPS, Hon DHSt CSturt, Hon MPharm (Syd)
Mr Matthews joined the board of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries as a non-executive director on 20 August 1975 and was appointed Chairman in 1982. He was Chairman until 30 June 2001. He was Chairman of the Remuneration Committee to 30 June 2001. He retired as director on 30 June 2001. Mr Matthews was a Member of the New South Wales Legislative Council from 1981 to 1991 and, prior to that, was Mayor of Bathurst from 1965 to 1976. A pharmacist, Mr Matthews is a Director and Executive Member of the Australian Pharmacy Research Centre, and he is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 1970 Member, Council of Mitchell College of Advanced Education, Bathurst. 1947 – 1969: Member of Heath Committee which recommended the establishment of first College of Advanced Education, Bathurst.
