Tamaris Pfeiffer - Violin and Viola

Tamaris has been a member of the Australian Youth Orchestra, the Queensland Symphony Orchestra and the Queensland Philharmonic Orchestra. She has a Master of Music degree from the University of Southern Queensland where she studied violin with Andrew Lorenz and viola with Patricia Pollett. Tamaris then moved to London where she studied with the violist Rivka Golani. In 1999 Tamaris took up the position of violin/viola teacher at the Tamworth Regional Conservatorium. She has been a tutor for various youth orchestras and chamber music schools and she frequently performs chamber music on both the violin and the viola. Tamaris joined the Riverina Conservatorium of Music in 2003.
