Accommodation On-Campus
On-campus accommodation is provided at the
The rooms are comfortable, with a bed, study area and wardrobe. There are shared bathrooms and common rooms. There are no cooking facilities and all meals are provided in the dining hall.
Students can elect to have their $100 a week Travel and Accommodation Scholarship paid directly to the College to cover part-payment of their accommodation costs.
Provided with the on-campus accommodation is:
- Linen (except bath towels and gym towels)
- Coin operated washers and dryers
- Kettles/refrigerators/televisions are located in the residential common rooms
People staying on campus need to bring:
- Towels
- Alarm clock/radio
- Toiletries
- Laundry powder
- Coffee mug
- Iron
- Hairdryer
The following is NOT permitted on-campus:
- Electric blankets
- Cooking equipment
- Electric heaters
The “Guide to College Services and Student Responsibilities”, available to people who live on-campus, provides more information.
While it is not compulsory to stay on-campus, it is strongly advised that you do so because of the demanding requirements of the training program and positive aspects of communal living e.g. comradery, study groups, support network.
