*Applicants should note that for the purposes of applying for an AGMC scholarship through the CSU Foundation, their enrolment status is "First Year Student" and that they must select their administrative campus, ALBURY, when completing the application form.

- Download a Hardship/Disability Form - This form can then be filled out, scanned, saved as a pdf then attached at the end of the online application process.
