If you have received an offer, please complete and return your Application for STUDY LINK with your acceptance. If you are applying for a STUDY LINK subject after you have returned your acceptance of offer, mail your completed application form to the Division of Student Administration on your home campus.

Applying for Further STUDY LINK Subjects
If you wish to apply for additional STUDY LINK subjects at a later date, please forward the Application for STUDY LINK form to the Student Administration Office on your administrative campus, or add additional subject codes to the online form when submitting.
