Mathematics for the Sciences - SSS008

 

Description

This subject will provide students with the skills to handle mathematical concepts in subjects within the Bachelor of Science (Agriculture), Bachelor of Animal Science and the Bachelor of Equine Science.

Topics covered: calculator skills, the unit conversion method for converting measures, basic operations in algebra, trigonometry and measurement.

Students can study this subject by attending a three-day workshop at Charles Sturt University in Orange (internal mode) or distance education mode requiring approximately 26 hours of individual study time .
