Mathematics for Calculus- SSS009

Description

This subject will provide students with the necessary skills to successfully attempt subjects such as Introductory Mathematics (MTH105) and Computer Aided Mathematics with Applications (MTH101). Any student about to study these subjects who does not have a HSC/VCE mathematics involving calculus or equivalent pass in mathematics is recommended to do this subject.

The topics covered include calculator skills, fractions, signed numbers, algebra, functions and graphing and an introduction to calculus.

Availability and Details

Students can study this subject by tutorial mode by attending a three-day workshop offered in Wagga, Albury-Wodonga and Bathurst (depending on demand) or can study by distance education mode.
