NOTE:
Applications for the Associate Degree in Policing Practice are continually received and assessed. Applicants are strongly encouraged to take advantage of this by lodging their application as soon as possible. You should also remember that your application must be assessed for both academic eligibility and professional suitability and that this entire process may take six to ten weeks to complete.
If you are found to be academically ineligible you may be offered a position in the ADPP Bridging Program, a program designed to prepare students for the Associate Degree in Policing Practice. By successfully completing the program you will be better equipped with the academic skills required of the ADPP and will be able to approach tertiary study with confidence.
Note: Successful completion of the ADPP Bridging Program will not guarantee you entry into the ADPP but will allow you to meet the academic suitability requirement. Completion of the ADPP Bridging Program requires approximately 90 hours of study. All study is by distance education so you can study from anywhere and work around other commitments.
The applicant must apply for the ADPP first, when being deemed unsuccessful they may be offered a position in the ADPP Bridging Program.
