About the program
CSU’s Master of Information Technology (MIT) has been designed to cater for both those who wish to gain a qualification that will allow them to pursue an IT career, and those practising Information Technology professionals looking to further develop their level of expertise in specific and cutting edge areas of the profession.
The program is flexible, allowing students to complete the degree on CSU’s Wagga Wagga Campus, or study at their own home or workplace by distance education.
The range of specialisations, including Networking, Managing IT and Online Information Systems, enables students to tailor the course to satisfy their career development needs.
The Master of Information Technology builds upon an undergraduate degree. The normal duration is the equivalent of two years full-time study which is comparable to all internationally recognised Masters programs. The vast majority of students study by distance education, taking reduced courses per semester to extend the duration of the program to suit their circumstances. Course Structure
