Allison lived and worked in Bourke for ten years in Hospital and Community. Allison is a team leader at Bourke Mental Health and Counselling. Studying & post graduate in Rural Mental Health also post graduate in Rural and Remote Nursing.

Allison is a Registered Nurse and is always finding new ways of delivering services to the Indigenous Community and Community Development. Allison is interested in reading, writing, community and development and loves travelling. Allison is married to Mark and they have a daughter named Lucy who is 5 years old. They have a new house on the banks of the Darling River, Allison's favourite spot.
