Step 1 – Find a subject

Find a subject and note the following pieces of information which you will need to complete your application:

Select Applicant Type 12. Single Subject Study and enter SSYW as the admission code in the Planned Course of Study section. Nominate the subjects you would like to study in the Additional Information section of your application.

Alternatively you can download and complete your Application for Admission 260KB [PDF]. Please use the course name Single Subject Study. You will also need to complete either the Previous and current CSU students 98KB [PDF] or New CSU students 62KB [PDF] supplementary form.

Step 3 – Supporting documentation

If you have not studied at CSU before and the subject you have nominated has prerequisite study requirements, you will need to send the Admissions Office a verified copy of your academic transcript. 

If you have submitted an online application then use the signature page from the last section, or if you are using a downloaded paper application form, just attach your transcript to the application.

Completed application forms, supplementary forms and supporting documentation can mailed to:
