This subject has been developed to promote a positive transition to the university learning environment for students undertaking the Bachelor of Nursing. The fundamental aim of the subject is to prepare prospective nursing students for the academic requirements of the Bachelor of Nursing, and the implications and significance of beginning university studies. it is particularly helpful if you are studying online!

- Identifying and accessing learning support;
- Effective time management;
- Fundamentals of academic reading and note taking;
- Essential academic writing skills and knowledge;
- Essential computer literacy;
- Mathematics for Nurses; and,
- Preparing for and performing in examinations.
