Poultry
Poultry group at CSU is a group of CSU staff with a common interest in Poultry diseases, production, physiology, behavior and welfare. In addition to providing undergraduate and graduate education in the avian sciences and associated discipline areas, we conduct both fundamental and applied research, having direct application to the commercial poultry industry. Our goal is to be recognized nationally and internationally as a leading institute in research and teaching in poultry science. We have excellent research facilities for work in disease, food safety, egg quality, physiology, nutrition, welfare and behavioral aspects of both chickens.
