The Division of Information Technology (DIT) is responsible for the management, development and planned execution of CSU's Technology Initiatives (TI). Formerly known as ISIP, the TI is a portfolio of initiatives requiring planned change that transform process, information management and systems across the University.

The ICT:SWR supports the TI and enables current IT services to operate efficiently and effectively, as well as providing enhancements to existing services through request/assignment and problem management.
The Web Office within the Division manages the Web Improvement Program. The Web Improvement Program (WIP) is the approved annual program of major web development and redevelopment works which supports the objectives of the Web Strategy and University Strategy and which is endorsed by the Web Strategy Committee.
