Web Improvement Program

The Web Improvement Program (WIP) is the annual program of major web development and redevelopment works which supports the objectives of the Web Strategy and University Strategy and is endorsed by the Web Strategy Committee. The WIP is delivered by CSU's Web Office, within the Division of Information Technology.

All web development requests should be initially submitted through the IT Service Desk. From there, the Web Operations Manager will work with you to complete a business case and high level scoping activity. More information on the Web Development Request Process.

All significant web development requests that may impact the delivery of the WIP will be triaged to the Web Strategy Committee (WSC). The WSC meets 4-6 times a year to make decisions on significant website redevelopment requests. The Web Operations Manager will present each request to this committee and provide advice to you on the outcome of their review.
