The Process

  1. Obtain multiple choice test answer forms by filling in a Print Requisition form stating the number and type of sheets required (e.g. answer sheet) and send to Bathurst Printery. Note - for your exams to be accepted for marking, you will need to use the appropriate forms. Exams will only be accepted using the forms shown below.
  2. Undertake the Exam
  3. Check all exam papers prior to submitting for processing, for example:
  • look for names not filled out or in the case of biro or texta pen being used, go over with a 2B pencil
  • sort through papers to ensure they are the same side up
  • Complete an answer key sheet
  • Complete and submit the Examination Scanning Submission form. Print this form to include with exam package. Note - this form generates an email to the exam scanning office alerting them to expect an exam in the mail. It is your choice if you wish to photocopy exam papers before sending and destroy them on return of results
  • Exams MUST be sent via Internal Mail (see note below for CSU campuses excluded from the internal mail route) in a secured satchel addressed to 'Exam Scanning - DIT Bathurst'
  • Exams will be scanned in order of their arrival through Internal Mail and results emailed within 72 hours
  • Papers will be returned in the internal mail directly following processing
  • Please allow time for internal mail processing
  • To send exam papers for scanning from a CSU campus excluded from the internal mail route, please use an Express Post bag and address to: Exam Scanning, Division of Information Technology, Level 4, Building 1294, Charles Sturt University, Panorama Avenue, BATHURST NSW 2795.
