Communications Directory

The CSU Communications Directory is a searchable directory service containing staff contact details accessible via the Staff Hub and Student Portal. You can:

The publicly accessible Communications Directory is no longer available.

Access

  • Log into the Staff Hub
  • Enter the search term into the 'Find a Staff Member' search box and press ENTER or click on the magnifying glass

To add an entry for a new staff member, please contact the IT Service Desk

Name, Position, Department and Internal Phone Number cannot be personally modified. You'll need to log a request for changes to these details with the IT Service Desk

Cost

Provision, maintenance and support of this service is funded by the University and provided at no extra cost to staff.

How do I update my details in the Communications Directory?

  • Open Communications Directory Self Service
  • Click in the field you wish to add to/update and add the correct details
  • Review all fields to make sure they are correct
  • Click 'Submit' to save your changes

If no problems are detected, you will be advised that your entry has been updated successfully and it will be displayed on screen.

You cannot restrict who sees your mobile phone number if you publish it in the Communications Directory. It is also visible to all Skype for Business contacts.
