Printing

Staff are able to install and print (with Budget Manager consent) to any printer connected to the CSU network found on the on the CSU Printer Installation page

All networked printers or multifunction devices (MFDs) are setup on the Printer Installation page when purchased through the CSU Computer Shop

If you need to discuss requirements or seek advice on purchasing a CSU printer, contact the CSU Computer Shop

All printing is monochrome and duplex (double-sided) by default.

When working from home and using Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), you can print to your own personal printer from VDI.

You can also print from a personal device to an on-campus printer via myprint.csu.edu.au

Access

Install or reinstall a network or MFD printer purchased from the CSU Computer Shop using the Printer Installation page.

After installing a MFD, you may need to enter a user code (user ID) into the printer driver. The administration assistant in your business unit can help you with this.
