Request Web Support

The Web Office delivers an annual program of major web development and redevelopment works referred to as the Web Improvement Program (WIP).

The Web Office is also the central point of contact for:

  • communication and coordination of web management and planning
  • web user experience and design
  • web development
  • web content management (includes support and training in the effective use of CSU web content management systems)
  • web project delivery
  • web accessibility and analytics reporting


Log an IT Service Desk job for all web-related requests, including:

  • website requests and edits
  • web editing training and analytics
  • other web support services

If the job is classed as a web development request, the Web Operations Manager will contact you to guide you through the Web Development Request Process


Provision of web training and support is funded by the University and provided at no additional cost to staff. There may be costs involved in significant web development requests.
