Adobe Acrobat Professional

Allows you to view, create, manipulate, print and manage files in Portable Document Format (PDF). Adobe Acrobat Professional can also be used to:

  • save PDF files in other file formats (e.g. Word)
  • create forms and digital signatures
  • combine multiple files into a single PDF
  • compare differences between two versions of a PDF
  • create accessible PDFs


  • Available on Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Can be installed on CSU managed personal computing devices
  • Request access via the CSU Computer Shop


Once the software has been purchased from the CSU Computer Shop, you will need to install it on your CSU managed device. To complete this process:

  1. Open Software Center (Install Software Icon)
  2. Browse and install software that has been made available for your computer:
    1. Find the software in the list
    2. Click the Install button
  3. When your software has finished downloading, it will be available for use.

Service Owner

This software is licensed by individual CSU business units. Licensing includes purchasing, renewal and compliance management.

DIT must be notified of all software purchases (including Terms and Conditions) made outside of the CSU Computer Shop.
