Banner Document Management (BDM)

Electronic document management system.

Finance: BDM is used to store supporting documentation for transactions processed in Banner Finance.

Student Administration: BDM is used to centrally store, share and retrieve student documentation.

Access

Installation

Finance: Contact the Division of Finance Systems team by emailing finsystems@csu.edu.au

Student Administration: Once you have been granted access by completing the Banner Access Request form, you will need to install it on your CSU managed device. To complete this process:

  1. Open Software Center (Install Software Icon)
  2. Browse and install software that has been made available for your computer:
    1. Find the software in the list
    2. Click the Install button
  3. When your software has finished downloading, it will be available for use.

Support

For finance related documentation (e.g. transactions) and records management support, assistance is provided by the Division of Finance.

For student related documentation (e.g. student records/study) and records management support, assistance is provided by the Division of Student Administration.
