Log into Staff Hub and locate the Communications Directory toolbox - enter the staff name into the Search box and press Enter.
Use this link to update your Communications Directory entry (fax, external phone number, location, mobile phone and to view your mobile number publicly)
To update your internal phone number, position, department or campus contact the IT Service Desk.
Provision, management and support of the Communications Directory and update self service is funded by the university and provided at no additional cost to staff.
