What is this service?

This is a searchable directory service that contains all CSU staff contact details, accessible via Staff Hub and Student Portal.

Staff Hub and Student Portal provide a Communications Directory toolbox that is only accessible to staff and students.

Note: The publicly accessible Communications Directory is no longer available.

What is included?

  • Ability to access from both on and off campus via Staff Hub
  • Ability to search by last name, first name, username/email alias, phone number, position, department, building number
  • Campus Based Listings - ability to view and print listings by campus
  • Entire CSU Communications Directory - ability to view and print details of all CSU staff

What should I expect?

Target availability of service 99% availability. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Special access conditions Available to all CSU staff
Significant incident response Up to 15 minutes in 98% of cases for incidents affecting availability of service for all staff (this does not include incidents affecting individuals or a small subset of staff)
Significant Incident resolution Up to 1 working day in 98% of cases for incidents affecting availability of service for all staff (this does not include incidents affecting individuals or a small subset of staff)

How do I initiate this service?

Log into Staff Hub and locate the Communications Directory toolbox - enter the staff name into the Search box and press Enter.

Browse the Entire CSU Communications Directory or CSU Service Directory or Campus Based Listings

Use this link to update your Communications Directory entry (fax, external phone number, location, mobile phone and to view your mobile number publicly)

To update your internal phone number, position, department or campus contact the IT Service Desk.

How much does it cost?

Provision, management and support of the Communications Directory and update self service is funded by the university and provided at no additional cost to staff.
