In situations where the current DIT service catalogue is insufficient for the needs of a particular Faculty, Division or Business unit, DIT can offer an SLA between the two parties with conditions mutually acceptable to both.

Special access conditions
Academic Staff, Administrative Staff and Research Staff.
How Do I Initiate This Service?
For new projects the project manager or solution coordinator will facilitate the SLA in consultation with you.
For an existing service where you require an SLA be put in place please log a call to the IT Service Desk.
How Much Does It Cost?
To have an SLA is free but there may be costs associated with some of the services you require.
