About Us

Welcome to the Facilities Management website. The Facilities Management portfolio forms part of the group that is lead by the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The Chief Operating Officer's group includes the following Divisions:

  • Division of Finance
  • Division of Information Technology (inclusive of the Web Strategy Office)
  • Division of People and Culture
  • Office of Strategic Planning
  • Facilities Management.

The Facilities Management team is responsible for developing and maintaining campuses and specialist centres of the University.

The team is responsible for the planning, design and construction of new buildings, refurbishments and maintenance of existing buildings, cleaning, development and maintenance of grounds and the provision of security services.

Our Mission

Facilities Management will be integral to the University's strategic planning process and provide effective stewardship of campus facilities by ensuring all resources are effectively and efficiently focused towards supporting our students and staff in their pursuit of academic excellence.
