1. Is there a preferred browser for FMCentral?

2. How do I log in to FMCentral?

Go to the FMCentral Homepage and click 'CSU Login' (if you have a CSU login) or click 'Guest Entry' (if you do not). You should not have to enter your username and password if accessing FMCentral from campus however you may need to enter this detail if accessing FMCentral off-campus.

3. How will FMCentral benefit me?

FMCentral provides a number of functions, including the ability to:

  • Display campus maps and building floor plans.
  • Search for and locate a space such as a building, a meeting room or a classroom.
  • Print campus maps or building plans to help you navigate around the campus.
  • Customise printed maps to include any extra details required.
  • Depending on your access level you may be able to print space reports.

4. What if I find an error in FMCentral?

Please provide feedback via the Feedback Form button FMCentral Feedback Button located in the top of FMCentral. In order to allow us to address the error as quickly and completely as possible please provide as many details as you can.

Examples of errors include:

  • Campus maps or building plans are not displaying correctly.
  • Campus maps and building plans display but the themes and labels do not.
  • Rooms are incorrectly numbered or named – please provide the campus, building, level, room number and name details.
  • Building layout is not correctly represented by the building floor plan – please provide campus, building and a detailed description of how the building plan is incorrect
  • Incorrect department code
