The Facilities Management team is responsible for developing and maintaining the campuses of Charles Sturt University, to provide a conducive and sustainable environment for safe living, learning, teaching and research.
A SSAF request was tabled to provide a functional protected area for students to enjoy outside the residences during the heat of summer and for protection from inclement weather. The works provide new operable roof structures to three of the residential buildings and will provide protection from the weather whilst still allowing solar access to the existing north facing glazing.
