The Learning Commons building at Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga will soon be the loudest site on campus.
No, it's not replacing the Crow Bar, but it is receiving a vibrant makeover.
Bright colours, funky graphics and easy-to-follow directional signage will soon fill the three-storey student central hub.
In order to complete the transformation painters and tradespeople will be in and out of the building for the next few weeks – work started Monday 24 March.
Most interior work has been timetabled to take place early in the morning – outside peak student/learning hours.
The new look is part of a university-wide Wayfinding and signage approach.
