Scope

The main objective of this project is to provide an accessible ramp/ pathway from Village Drive, adjacent to car park 7, for staff and students to access building 1292.

Design Features

In addition to providing the accessible ramp and pathway from Village Drive to the Building 1292 entrance door, the following will also feature:

  • External Lighting
  • Landscaping/ irrigation
  • Handrails
  • Tactile
  • Stair nosing’s
  • Concrete pathway, stairs and ramp as to structural engineer’s details
  • Signage
  • CCTV
  • Pedestrian Road crossing

Sustainability Features

Energy Considerations:

  • The access ramp / pathway will have LED lighting.
