Scope  for the disposal of South Campus, Wagga Wagga

The NSW Minister for Education approved the disposal of land and facilities situated at Lot 2, DP 1183166, Turvey Park, Wagga Wagga in September 2016, following a recommendation from the Charles Sturt University Council that such land and facilities were surplus to the requirements of the University.

This does not include the Kay Hull Veterinary Teaching Hospital Wagga Wagga which is on separate land title and will be retained as a priority facility for the University.

Charles Sturt University's intentions for the site has been communicated to all affected parties, including tenants, neighbours and the wider Wagga Wagga community. Part of the lot to be sold has previously been pre-committed for sale to Saint Mary MacKillop College.

The CSU Regional Archives and University Art Collection which is  a combined-function repository on the South Campus will be relocated to the CSU Wagga Campus at Boorooma Street, ensuring the University continues to serve staff, students and our communities by providing access to our collections and displays.
