General Information We will respond within 7 working days.
Timesheets Timesheets received by the due date will be processed in the next pay. Refer to the Pay Day Calendar for timesheet deadlines.
Recruitment Forms Will be forwarded within 2 working days to the appropriate staff member for action.
Contract Extensions Will be processed prior to the expiration of the current contract.
HDA Forms and Leave Forms

Will be processed as per the following principles:

Requests that impact on salary payments are prioritised in order of the pay period in which any changes take effect and the impact on the staff member (for example, a staff member who may not be paid at all would be prioritised over a staff member receiving a pay increase);

New appointments are handled next, to facilitate access to IT systems.
