Service Centre Service Standards
Below are a list of enquiry types and the actions we take as a result.
Requests for general information
We will respond within 7 working days.
Timesheets we receive by the due date will be processed in the next pay. Refer to the Pay Day Calendar for timesheet deadlines.
We will forward recruitment forms within 2 working days to the appropriate staff member for action.
We will process contract extensions prior to the expiration of the current contract.
HDA and leave forms
We will process these forms as per the following principles:
- Requests that impact on salary payments are prioritised in order of the pay period in which any changes take effect and the impact on the staff member (for example, a staff member who may not be paid at all would be prioritised over a staff member receiving a pay increase).
- New appointments are handled next, to facilitate access to IT systems.
