Compliance and re-training
New staff must complete the compulsory modules within four weeks of starting at CSU.
Please note: it's a legislative requirement that all staff complete compulsory training and refresh every two years. The ELMO platform will send you automatic reminders when it's time for you to refresh your training.
If you believe you've completed your training but modules are still appearing on the list of outstanding completions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with either your certificate of completion or other relevant information.
Managers can access reports to track training completion.
Staff access to ELMO
Staff can log in to ELMO using their current CSU credentials. Continuing and fixed-term staff are automatically enrolled in the compulsory courses. Casuals and visiting and adjunct staff can self-enrol or have their managers enrol them. Single sign-in has been enabled on the ELMO platform.
Staff will automatically be loaded into the ELMO platform and enrolled in any compulsory courses. Once enrolled, staff will receive an email notification from ELMO and by clicking on the link in the email, staff will be able to access the training modules.
